What logo format do I need to upload?
The ultimate format we would like is a Vector Format such as .eps .ai or a high-resolution JPEG (Images must have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi (dots per inch) for the size at which they’ll appear.) Use our enquiry form if unsure, there is an option to upload your image and we will check the resolution for you.
Do you have a Minimum Printed Apparel Order?
No, you are able to order any quantity except for fully sublimated apparel which have a minimum of 10 items per design.
What is your order turnaround time?
Our Turnaround time depends on order quantity, but allow 5 to 10 business days from proof approval. However, fully sublimated apparel has a turnaround time of approximately 4-5 weeks from proof approval. Please use our enquiry form if you have any queries.
Do you have a showroom?
Yes we do! Come down and visit us at 2/18 Fraser Drive, Coffs Harbour, NSW.
Can I mix styles, colours & sizes in my garment orders?
Yes, of course. Your order can be a mix of exactly what you require. We can do one-off items with different print as well if needed although with fully sublimated apparel there is a minimum quantity of 10 items per design.
Do you take Credit Cards?
Yes, we take Visa & Mastercard.
Can I use direct deposit for my order?
Yes you can Direct deposit into our account. Please use your invoice number/Name for the reference.
Do you ship Australia Wide?
Yes, we use Australia Post & Fastway. The packages are trackable via Australia Post’s website or Fastways Website.
Do you sell plain garments without printing?
Yes, all the garments you see in our ranges are for sale plain or printed.
Can I buy just one or two garments?
Yes, you can order in any quantity.
